The entry fee includes the rental of a towel and a sauna sheet.

Entry for non-guests is only allowed if there is sufficient capacity.

These visitor regulations serve to comply with current regulations, protect the health and safety of visitors to the wellness center at HOTEL SINGER, and must be strictly adhered to by visitors.

In the premises of this center, every visitor is obliged to behave in such a way as not to endanger the safety or health of themselves or others.

All actions upon arrival at the wellness center must be carried out in the following order:

1. Familiarize yourself with the visitor regulations.
2. The changing room is a clean zone, so please remove your shoes before entering.
3. Store clothes in the changing room.
4. Thoroughly wash the entire body with soap before putting on clean swimwear and entering the pool area. Hotel guests perform this activity in their rooms.

All visitors to the wellness center must adhere to the operating hours and visitor regulations!

• Children under the age of one are not allowed to enter the wellness center.
• Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in any saunas and may only enter the pools if they are wearing special swim diapers with snug leg cuffs.
• Children between the ages of 3 and 15 are allowed to enter saunas only when accompanied by responsible adults and must follow all proper sauna etiquette.
• Persons under the age of 15 are only allowed to access the entire wellness center if accompanied by an adult, who is fully responsible for them throughout their stay.
• Children under the age of 12 are welcome in the wellness and pool area until 6:00 PM; after that, a quiet zone policy applies.
• Entry to the relaxation pool is only permitted in swimwear or a bathing suit.
• Entry to all saunas is only allowed without swimwear, and customers must use a sauna towel to sit on, ensuring that their body does not touch the wooden benches.
• Before sitting on the benches in the steam room, visitors must rinse the seating area with the shower located in the steam bath and repeat this process before leaving.

• Before each entry to the relaxation pool, visitors must shower, thoroughly remove all cosmetic products, and maintain personal hygiene.
• After leaving the saunas or steam room, visitors must shower before entering the pool. Note that the relaxation pool is not a cooling pool, so never enter the pool without properly showering and resting briefly on a lounger. After a massage, visitors must shower before entering the wellness center.
• Keep all areas of the wellness center clean and prioritize safety for themselves and others.
• Visitors may store money and valuables at the wellness reception; otherwise, the operator is not responsible for their loss. Items found in the wellness center must be handed over to a wellness staff member or at the hotel reception, where they will be logged in the lost and found book.
• Visitors must conserve hotel property and fully reimburse for any damage or loss caused to hotel property or the property of others.
• Visitors must leave the wellness center and go to the changing rooms at least 5 minutes before the end of operating hours.
• For first aid, visitors can contact a wellness center staff member or hotel reception, who will call for medical assistance if needed.
• Visitors must move carefully on wet floors to avoid accidents. HOTEL SINGER is not responsible for injuries or damages caused by visitors' carelessness or disregard of instructions.

Visitors can submit comments regarding operations or staff at the reception or to hotel management.

• Persons with a fever, conjunctivitis, skin or infectious diseases, parasites, rashes, or other contagious conditions.
• Persons under quarantine due to infection, family members, or household members where a contagious disease has occurred and the patient has not been isolated.
• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• All animals are strictly prohibited.

• Behaving in a manner that endangers safety and order.
• Diving, pushing, throwing into the water, running around the pool, and jumping into the relaxation pool.
• Calling for help without cause, disturbing the peace of other visitors.
• Polluting the water and other areas of the wellness center, especially by urinating, spitting, rinsing the nose or mouth in the water, discarding waste, and using soap and other hygiene products outside designated areas (showers near the changing room).
• Smoking and consuming food and drinks outside designated areas.
• Bringing and consuming own drinks.
• Handling any glass objects or dishes.
• Entering the wellness center with chewing gum.
• Entering saunas in swimwear and without a sauna sheet to place under the entire body.
• Entering the sauna area is allowed only barefoot. Any footwear is prohibited in these areas.
• Bringing inflatable foam items, fins, balls into the pool (only inflatable armbands and swimming goggles are allowed).
• Using any shaving devices outside the changing room and the respective bathroom.

Visitors who do not comply with these regulations, disregard staff instructions, or behave inappropriately will be asked to leave the wellness center without a refund.

If the visitor does not leave the wellness center when asked, the responsible staff member may call the Police of the Czech Republic for assistance.

The operator reserves the right to close the wellness center for booked groups or for other serious reasons. The closure will be announced on the board at the entrance to the wellness center, at the reception, and on the hotel's website.
